Cancellation Policy

To avoid being charged for a missed appointment, 48 hours notice is needed to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment,  you will be charged half of the service price. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 of your appointment or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full price of the service. Confirmations are sent out 72 hours prior to your appointment to try to prevent this from happening.
